The email address email@example.com goes to all board members. It has an auto-reply saying it is not actively monitored to ensure Owners know that it is not a "trouble desk." In contrast, Maintenance Request Forms are forwarded immediately to Select Group and the appropriate Board Member responsible for that area.

Neither the board nor the Property Managers monitor Social Media. Posting maintenance, safety, complaints or other items there will not result in action.

Building Captains: Building Captains are your "first stop" for maintenance and other issues. Building Captains can help minimize our service call expenses (if a Building Captain can respond to the owner's concern without requiring a service call we will all save money). If required, the appropriate technicians will be contacted. Larry Collier will oversee the Building Captains and will be everyone's POC in the event a Building Captain is unavailable or it is an emergency situation.
